Not pushing it, pal
I enjoyed the test ride I had and Stonesie said he might be interested in one from memory.

Could well be not been on a SX.
I get the impression Stonesie might test ride a SX, thought an option could be to add a RS to the test ride list for comparison

I will be testing the SX on Saturday, I have tested the R1200RS in the past and didn't like the dash at all.

Reading through the proposed criteria for redundancy. I actually appear to do well on it which is both good and bad...
Good for the obvious reason.
Bad because I don't think I will struggle too much to find work and I'm receiving numerous emails and calls all day today with potential jobs. The redundancy money would 100% help me out as it would wipe off all my credit card debt and leave me with enough money to sort a new (to me) car if necessary.

The fact they won’t want to make him redundant?

I'm conflicted because I don't enjoy my job and this gives me an opportunity.
If I find another job I'll likely leave regardless of getting made redundant or not.

Cool, I take it the worst of the fire risk has passed for you then?

Yup, the fire that was threatening us is now officially contained, and only minor hot spots left. Had a couple of cool days with a bit of rain that seemed to help.
Still plenty around Aus, but it’s pretty quiet out NW of Sydney where we are. We are even off camping on Sunday. Camp ground is on the river and had fires surrounding it 3 weeks ago but it’s all burnt out now. So pretty safe to be there now and half empty.

Off to Manchester to watch Norwich. Not been to OT for nearly 30 years. Easy to get a ticket there these days.
