Well that was amazing a truly epic ride and loved every mile of it, still buzzing and been home 30 minutes 8)

My bike might be 10 years old but I genuinely think its not only the most enjoyable bike I have ridden but also one of the very best handling bikes I have had the pleasure to ride including the RSV4 Factory and Panigale 1199S I test rode. Its only the second time I have been out on it since I fitted the Sigma Slipper Clutch and Brembo RCS master cylinder but can't believe how good both mods are, they have made a huge difference and I was still well impressed with the transformation they have given the bike.

Is it harder or easier with a single sided swing arm? Never had one.

Should be easier but both the Multi and the Speed Triple i had before have low slung exhausts which means you have to remove the end can as well.

You do need a chunky bird to sit on the bike though whilst you undo the rear wheel nut.

Put some air in the tyres.

That's about as technical as I get with my bike.

F = 2.50 R = 2.90 as suggested for your bike by Metzeler.

Had a failed start because of a knackered battery, has cost me a days riding. Battery isn't even a year old! :@

Clocked up some miles on a rat run mystery ride. Ended up at middle wallop for breakfast, (full) very tasty, then cake at Sammy Millers, well it's wasn't cake as such, it was a big pudding, banoffee pie, so with the nanas, I a least had some of my 5 a day lol.

Then a stop over at a pub by the river, just outside Stockbridge, for a cool refreshing shandy...then a nutty ride back. Totally overdressed, was cold in the morning, boiled up by the afternoon. Very, very knackered.

Getting ready to go for another ride, as I have been riding for the few days with some visiting friends. Rode a local yet semi-famous road yesterday called the "Tail of the Dragon" and no, I didn't see that guy..
I did however get my right knee down for the first time (rock) I have been getting my left knee down for some time, but had sloppy body positioning when hanging off the right side of my bike. I've been conscious about working on it and voila! Confidence breeds confidence, and suddenly I was scraping it around every sharp righty turn. Great day, lots of fun with friends finished with beer and steaks (y)
