Had a steak of tuna with runner beans and sweet potatoes. Absolutely scrummy then had a bowl of green grapes...I would have some more but I've eaten them all [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND TIGHTLY-CLOSED EYES]

Had a "No Bone T-Bone" at Arbuckles today. A 10oz sirloin accompanied by an 8oz fillet.
A black pepper sauce on the side.
No salad, thank you.

Had veg with Mediterranean sauce over it with bacon and chicken. God it was good. Then for pud I had natural yogurt, sliced banana , branflakes with golden syrup drizzled over it. Afterwards I felt stuffed haha!!

About to go have a full breakie, bacon, hash browns, sausage and eggs on toast all drowned in bake beans. I always have a big breakie the day I fly off as for the next 14 hrs the only food I get is one crappy little airline meal at about 3pm.
