Some bland crap they have been serving up all week. I know it's time to go home when I stop appreciating someone else cooking for me.

I'm not generally a fan of omelets, but if you loaded it with hash, giddyup!D41 wrote:Omelet & hash.

Re: What are you eating ??
Hash goes well in brownies, cookies, biscuits, cake, it's a rather versatile ingredient. Back in my youth I used to crush it up fine and put it in a banana smoothie, now that was fabulous and very stealthyD41 wrote:What a truly excellent idea!!

I did pork fillet in the slow cooker and it was falling apart and very tender. The gravy it cooked in was onion soup powder, red wine, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. It tasted very umami and rich.

Re: What are you eating ??
Roast chicken + stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast pots, peas, carrots and leeks in cheese sauce, Apple & pear crumble with custard and then cheese and crackers, celery, grapes and pickled walnuts. Burp....
To say I was overfull would be a gross understatement, I don't often misjudge that badly but I'm blaming the grapefruit for breakfast.
P.S. Give me a few hours and I'd fancy a go at Tony's as well, that looks and sounds top notch!
