Cheese and onion sandwiches, possibly the best combo ever. (If you don't want sex for 24hrs that is!)

Spanish Onions???
That's a new one......Partial to the white ones myself, lately....very subtle taste....or at least, subtle as far as an onion is likely to get.

And it has to be full on Spanish onions as well.
Yes, hot red Spanish onions sliced thickly, with proper strong cheddar as well, my taste buds are still singing!

Re: What are you eating ??
I was in the mood for something different for dinner this evening, so made a chorizo and butter bean stew, it had onions, garlic and watercress in it as well, but tasted just like the tapas servings you get in Spain. It was definitely one I'd make again, pretty cheap to make as well.

Re: What are you eating ??
Just dropped the boy off at a birthday party, and the girls fancied a Nando's. Given that the boy doesn't like anything that isn't chocolate cereal or chicken nuggets at the moment, it's a good opportunity to get one in.

Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.
