Vegas has to be one of the weirdest places ever....it's not my scene at all, although they've 'Disneyed' it out over the last decade or so...made it more family oriented, blah, blah. Still, it's one of those 'must do' things innit??
Have fun.

I've had the same bug and my wife has it as well. It wiped me out and I've been knackered ever since. I've not been to the gym for 10 days. I'm too tired when I get home. My wife has had two days off and she's still suffering.

Both my In Laws have had a horrific bug they just can't shift for about 6 weeks now, FiL is on his second course of antibiotics and it seems to no avail, MiL has heart issues as well, so really not good. I'll be glad for them when the weather turns dry and warm (if it ever does that is). Until then they're on the quarantine list for us, phone contact only!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Nowt at all today......just channel surfing to get away from this fecking moronic basketball game.
I'm going "butterfly rescuing" or sommit else insanely dangerous tomorrow.......Seriously, my best mates Mom keeps some kind of butterfly refuge thingy in Mile Square Park or over by the library. It's an extremely endangered species...endangered 'cos no-one gives a feck about them, and with due cause I suspect. BUT....it's sommit I do once in a while to help the old gal out...you wouldn't believe the cute chicks that show up to these events.....I just wander round and try to talk knowledgeably about fecking butterflies to total strangers who nod in wonderment....."This feckin' butterfly can do 0-60 in 5 seconds, this feckin' butterfly is carnivorous"....etc. It's a thin slice of heaven.
Think I'll be pushing the candy sales pretty hard tomorrow, I need some extra cash...

Today is doing not a lot, lunch, then some more not a lot. I'm also trying regain my voice after yesterday's scorefest at the rugby, we were heavily into the spirit of things and of course shouted ourselves hoarse, however it was a cracking day and both my two lads were blown away by the occasion and had a fantastic time, there'll be some sore heads in Wales this morning though!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Went to the Thames Valley Advanced Motorcycle group for the free IAM Observed Run out. Saw a few people I already know, including Rossgo.
Busy with bikes, they have over 950 members and I think they were all there lol.
Got paired up with my Observer, nice fella, went on plenty of roads I know, and a few that were new to me,
Some nice feedback with the run report. I have listed a few comments below.
A very good first observed ride.
Good sense of hazards
A very courteous rider
Not to many bad habits
Generally smooth ride and a pleasure to follow
Ha ha ha.....Generally enjoyable, I would say good control as well, due to not lifting the wheel and mostly adhering to the limits
