So I fitted the new chain and sprockets. Its made a nice difference to how you use the bike. Yes 1st is still tall but I'm using 2nd more when entering corners Which is a little less ass twitchy.
I did not go to far but on some roads I know well. I am in traction control lvl 2 (so middle setting) full power. I have noticed if the bike is in lower revs and I feed in the power it is not perfectly smooth. I have de-cated it and took the baffle out the exhaust. However done nothing fuelling wise so I can forgive the bike for this but if it bugs me I will sort it but for now ill see how it goes on. The anti wheelie is AMAZING it skips the front end. You can just feel it floating off the ground and the bike starts cutting to bring it down. I am amazed how smooth this feels. It is also a monster in third gear full throttle going up a hill and round a long sweeping bend its still trying to save on front tyre wear. The gixer was fast but this feels like another level with the electronics working things out to try and get the bike moving as fast as they can. Unfortunately I was a little tight in my leathers (think the push bike may need some action) and the roads were really mixed with pot holes everywhere , farmers leaving mud trails down the road and still a lot of salt about I was not going to push the bikes handling capability so will save that for another day. However I will go to bed dreaming that I'm holding on to a bucking bronco with Mr Scott shouting “I'm givin' her all she's got, Captain!
