Not exactly my idea of celebrating mate, but the bike looks tidy.Kwacky wrote:Washed the SX, topped up the ACF50 and swapped the cans over.

Rode it having an observed ride. Went really well, it is filthy now, it was dirty before but today has seen some flooded roads, gravelley roads and muddy roads and it was so dirty I actually had to wipe my rear indicators and my number plate as they were technically illegal (you couldn't see anything haha!!) Did around 80 odd miles today in total

Well after what seemed like eternity the sockets turned up for both wheels for the 999, so managed to fit the mudguard that came with the fairings and fitted a new clutch cover while I was on

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Went out for a 70 mile trip to Guildford. It was a hiring ride. My dad wanted to know where destination Triumph was (I believe it's that) and then went onto the Kawasaki dealership however the road was closed and we didn't know how to get to it. All town riding today, was boring as hell to be honest but still all good practice I suppose!!
Then gave it a jet wash (just water as it has the ACF-50 on it) it was filthy this IAM is taking me down some gritty, grotty roads. It needs a proper clean to be honest

Took the multi out for a couple of hours yesterday, apart from the damp roads it was cracking ride.

Nice ride in this morning. The roads were dry and it wasn't cold. Plus there was a stunning sunrise to witness.

It was a good ride, and just right for my first one back on new tyres, and after I had took wheels off and brake calipers apart.

I test rode something like that a year or so so for a giggle. Felt like the front wheel was in another county, but the hero blobs where a very different shape when I gave it backdogbot wrote:kingfixer wrote:For what exactly ??dogbot wrote:Traded it in.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Had to go and find a cafe called The Hanger Cafe in fairoaks so decided to go out in the rain, wind and cold! All started perfectly, nice and dry and warm, visor water repellent working nicely, then disaster, about 10miles in water started to work it way into my gloves, water repellent spray washed off, Sun set so all car lights were blinding me and wind really started to pick up!! About 35 mile ride and I was soaked and cold!! God I love bikes!!

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
It was somewhat rainy this morning. Hopefully it'll wash some of the road salt away.
