Re: What are you eating ??
Not actually what I'm eating but what my kids are eating.
A very well balanced and nutritional school dinner.
Just reading the school menu which we need to select from for the next few weeks ahead. The meals are well balanced and with great variety to introduce kids to a wide range of foods. The meals are all prepared on site and using fresh produce. The menu even list the local independent retailers where meat and veg is sourced from.
School dinners often get a bad press but have to say in this case I'm very impressed. Good quality, fresh food produced and sourced locally which my kids enjoy.
Well done to the school it is refreshing to hear of positive stories these days

It's surprising what kids are eating at school nowdays. My partners little sister used to eat better than me!!Blade wrote:Not actually what I'm eating but what my kids are eating.

Re: What are you eating ??
I know what you mean Rossgo. I would be happy to be eating as well as my kids. If I'm home I rarely have the time and if I do eat I just grab a sandwich or snack on junk. Not good and only got myself to blame I know

Haven't seen it in Morrisons, I'll try a bigger supermarket.Blade wrote:I like the 70 and 85% dark choc but he 99% o's too much for me.

I've done 5 days on LCHF eating. The dark choc won't spike my blood sugar like normal choc. Ive basically cut out sugar and carbs. 5lb down since Saturday. It's body fat coming off and not muscle wastage, I wore a pair of jeans today that I couldn't 2 weeks ago. Starting kettle bell workouts tomorrow.StMarks wrote:Tuna fish sandwich & home gown tomatoes.
