Re: Cheap camera
I battered him last week in a bare knuckle fight.
He won't be troubling anyone else.

Re: Cheap camera
That guy is such a fool did he not see the bloody camera. I'm.glad a person actually had the humorous sense and took the piss out of the Pickering fella instead of picking him out like all the cyclists do!

Have you got any clips of it in use you wouldn't mind sharing?Kwacky wrote:It's arrived at work today. I'll fire it up tonight or tomorrow and give it a test run.
It's very light.

Re: Cheap camera
I've still not used it.
I get home from work and put the bike away as soon as I get in, so I've not been tempted to go and find a spot on the bike to put the camera.
I did think about putting it on my Nolan lid but I'm not sure I want a camera on my helmet (phanr). Last night I had the camera and put it on a mount but when I was lining it up on the lid it didn't look right. I guess I need to decide if I want it on a fixed place on the bike or go with the flexibility of having it on the helmet.
I'll have a look over the weekend to see where I can house it.

Re: Cheap camera
Im in the same position Kwacky. Recently bought a right angle mount so I can place it anywhere but trying to decide where to place it on the bike is pretty difficult!

Re: Cheap camera
I'm half tempted to gaffer tape it on the side of my lid. That way it won't stick out so much.

Re: Cheap camera
Its difficult on the lid as I want mine on the front bottom like where the wind scoop is but the rounded sticky mounts aren't fitting the area very well so I would have to out it on the side but then would have to have the right angle mount is then make the camera go really far out away from the lid...looks silly!!

Re: Cheap camera
There's a lot fo negative 1 star reviews on amazon. A lot are saying terrible battery life. 30-40mins at best, but then gets less after successive charging.
I'd be interested to hear how you all get on.

I saw that too. seems best to test it as soon as you get it to see if it's a dud or not.

I was going on a mate's opinion. He's had his for over a year.
I wonder if the newer ones are crap quality?
