Re: Chris Evans the new host of Top Gear
Heard this on the Radio tonight when washing the car.
I think he is potentially a very good fit, but only time will tell I guess. One things for sure its a very hard act to follow.

I like Chris Evans.
I don't like Top Gear.

I don't mind top gear (but that was mainly the banter of the old fat abusive twat)
I can't stand Chris Evans..
Hopefully Clarkson, Cpt Slow, and Hampster will get a deal sorted somewhere else, as an entertainment show they where quite a laugh together.

Is Chris Evans hosting on his own or is he part of a team of 3 ?

Re: Chris Evans the new host of Top Gear
Reports have it that there be more bikes and with Guy Martin rumoured to be interested, that would be quite good
The other co-host rumour is Jodie Kidd

Re: Chris Evans the new host of Top Gear
Can't see a good balance of bikes & cars happening, the BBC will want to keep the winning format as it's their top seller abroad. Let's be fair bikes are seen in a fairly negative light in most countries, that'll probably reflect in any content recorded due to resultant saleability.

Deegee, I would dispute that bikes are seen in a negative light in most countries.
From my experience, much of mainland Europe has a very different and positive attitude to bikers than that we see in the UK.
