It appears to be going a bit early 90s on the gig front - Therapy?, Thurston Moore, Mudhoney all in just over a month!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Well that was a nice change for lunch. The Harley dealer is pretty top notch. They've got a decent selection of bikes to look at and a bit of kit to boot.Rossgo wrote:Nutz didn't realise it was open this week. Let us know. I have drove past it a few times and each time it was taking shape more and more. Can't believe it's taken that long for someone to do something with that open space!
The sales guys are really friendly and really like their bikes. Had a chat with a couple of them about the different styles of bikes they have, and also what we route. Got offered a coffee within minutes of arriving.
Overall I'm not a huge Harley fan, but that said there where a couple of bikes I quite liked and a couple I could easily hate.
Even knowing that none of us where actually looking for a new bike, one of the sales guys showed us round their demo fleet of 8 different bikes. B they are still to be registered, but he invited us to drop him a line for a test ride when they are ready. Well that's a lunch break sorted for a couple of weeks time

Re: What are you doing today ??
Good sales technique that. There's no reason not to be friendly and if you're going back it's easier to entice you should you want to change your style of bikes later on

I've ridden past that new Harley dealer in Reading.. I've heard rumours it's a cafe as well? Is this true?

As for a cafe, not sure. It might be in time as the have some picnic benches outside, only got offered a coffee from the machine though.

I think your right Nutz, I actually need professional help but I'm worried things may have already gone too far and I'm a lost cause

Just replaced a glazed unit in the back door and boy was the internal beading in very tight. It took a lot of swearing to remove

Started the process of packing up our lives. Started with the man cave as we need some where to store all the boxes of stuff until we actually move.
