better venue but a boring track, shame donny has lost it
I watched rossi on his last year of 2 stroke 500 at donny ,he started from the back of the grid and overtook two people per lap,When he overtook the leader Biaggi on the 4 stroke yamaha the crowd went ballistic Happy days

ive always found silverstone easy to park and easy to get in and out of ,I just think the circuit and venue have zero character

Silverstone can still be slow to get off the local roads but its still a million miles better than Donington.

+2 on what Duke says.
Make a dash at the end of the race and run for it and I have always driven straight out.

Re: 2015 British Motogp changed?
the problem is and continues to be the fact that CoW , who hold the Dorna contract, are skint Donington pulled out because they didnt get paid , how long before Silverstone does the same ? Dorna need to step in and renegotiate with an existing circuit to ensure we actually get a british gp this year. I have a funny feeling that the whole CoW is just a big scam for redevelopment and regeneration grants in order to pay directors huge salaries for doing nothing and in a few months they will declare the company bankrupt and nothing will have been built and we wont have a GP

Re: 2015 British Motogp changed?
Good questions Jack and I don't know the answers. Surely Silverstone are aware that Donnington park didn't get paid and have subsequently made sure they don't get exposed finically themselves, or at least you would like to think so.
