Went for a family meal last night, I had a steak and Doom ale pie very nice, finished off with a warm brownie with a dollop of clotted cream icecream nom nom.
I get knocked down but i get up again.

Yummm....breakfast in bed again for me......just some butter & toast and a pipng hot café leche, all on my usual silverware & tray.

Interesting side dish last night....deep fried cauliflower!!
You chop it up, boil it, blend it, then make it into little balls 2-3" in diameter......bread them, then deep fry them....or as deep fry as my wok will go.
VERY, very good....nice texture, nice taste....very much like B&S...was pretty impressed, TBH.

Got a couple of huge tbones in the pan from a local butcher which I'm frying up now and got some roast veg coming along nicely and then a huge pecan pie for desert, all washed down with some very nice vino.

Had a Mexican dish last night.....basically a bowl of baked beans & pork fat/rind soaked in a tomato sauce....was pretty good....I almost got carried away on the pork....it's been a while....

Went out for lunch today as it was Mini Gee's Burpday, I had pork belly, black pudding and roasted apples with fresh veg, not much room for a dessert after polishing that lot off, although the little fella managed a chocolate brownie -- don't know where he put it though.
Mrs Gee made some Stilton scones for tea tonight, I could only manage 5 though..... Burp.
