Re: Double Donut Burger
Not really.....I've had about 3 burgers this year, and 1 steak......then a few "Salisbury Steak" things.....which I'm sure have no affinity with Salisbury at all, but I like them.....just processed meat & gravy & mash.
I do miss pork fat though.......maybe I'll splurge. Mi esposa was all emphatic about doing Xmas dinner.....then she pulls out this massive ham!! I'm like, WTF......I don't eat that unless it's been boiled to high heaven! (Boiled to get the fat out, never baked).

Re: Double Donut Burger
Not in Florence Italy mate. The bistecca Florentina is their local delicacy and their is great passion in who has the best steaks between the restaurants. They only serve tbone so your getting both sirlion and fillet of grade a cattle.
You pay for it though, that steak in the shot cost more than I spend in a week on family shopping in fact closer to two weeks shopping bill and that's was with out the starters, side or drinks.

If you ever in London head to Goodman's.
I had it recommended to me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
Their wagyu is the best steak I have ever eaten anywhere.
