I went out for some posh nosh. In brief I had scallops, steak and raspberry sorbet.
But it was so much more than that. The food was stunning. The steak was so very soft.

Last night I cooked a lush roast tea. Had everything and the plate was so full [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]

Certainly is, but Frankie was the Master of the "Double Entendre", hence the comment.D41 wrote:Errr,,,,,I think that might be Kenneth Williams.

Whey!!......Brattys gets the award for "trip down memory lane"!!....although Memory Lane is about a mile from here and I bet he's never driven on it.
The butcher's in the North ...and I'm talkin' the real North here.... not the piddly-ass "Oh, we've passed The Watford Gap!!" north....they used to do a wonderful thing called a "dip"....just a bread roll stuffed with er, stuffing & gravy....sooo fecking good, and cheaper than chips.....like 15p each.

What Am I Eating??
Well, it won't be toad-in-the-hole tonight, that's for sure....and just as I was about to declare myself the Yorkshire Pudding King....what a fcuking disaster!! I just can't get that dish right....frankly, it looked laughable.....bonus points to me for inviting friends over to enjoy an "English delicacy"....
