Figures dunnit?? I live bout 40 minutes from that place and I get the news direct from downtown Brum.......there is nothing, nada, zip, zilch, on the TV about it here.....that'll change in an hour or so, especially with a Monday morning freeway closure.
I've got a Benji says it was homeless people trying to keep warm....it's that part of town.....hell, all of LA is.
