My son has got one. He uses it a lot, his body takes a battering from boxing so it's useful to nip and issues in the bud.

They are good, my PT tortures me regularly with one.

He also uses something like this, not exactly comfortable and leaves a nice bruise, but really does relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders.

Bloody Hell Kk, that's a bummer.
I guess that, in your case, the travel environment commuting adds a sizeable risk of contracting Cv19.

Not quite as horrendous as the first time but still 4 days in with massive unrelenting headaches, sinus congestion, body aches. Hot and cold flushes at night, just not having fever sweats this time.

My daughter has tested positive this morning as well so couch day for us both.

Side effects of over excursion.

I've been light headed, had difficulty focusing, hot and cold sweats, including feeling so cold I was shaking and my teeth were chattering.

I'm going to blame a combination of tiredness, dehydration, and blood sugars being all over the place.

I'm finally now starting to feel better, only tired now.
