What's in Yours?
What do you put in your tail bag when you go out for a day's ride?
Got a feeling I've asked this before, but I'd be interested to see what people take with them.

Re: What's in Yours?
In my bag I usually carry...
Helmet lock
Disc lock
Visor cleaning kit
Multi-tool.
Sometimes a drink too in warm weather.

Re: What's in Yours?
I used to just take money and my phone. I'd stash a drink or food in their occasionally.

Re: What's in Yours?
I don't take anything but my phone and bank cards.
Occasionally of the weather is changeable I may take a clear visor, but that's about it.

On the Multi is a v small tailback that has a visor wipe pack but that’s it. I don’t take anything on the Triumph.

Re: What's in Yours?
ha ha... I remember this thread on the Daytonn600.org (what you carry under your seat) and your answer way back then was "speed, and weed for when I've had to much speed"Kwacky wrote:I don't take anything with me apart from my phone.
And D41 answer was a hand gun
For me its a tyre repair kit, packet of alcohol wipes and a litre of water (under seat) and phone in my jacket. We have digital drivers licences and I use apple pay so don't need a wallet

Re: What's in Yours?
That's incorrect.... you're thinking of another d600 member... and for the life of me I can't remember his username, but I know exactly who you're thinking of.kiwikrasher wrote: And D41 answer was a hand gun
Hypothetically, and only hypothetically, if I were to carry a firearm it would be on me, not in some frickin' tailbox, where it serves no purpose at all.

Ahh apologies... was that the dude that raced the D6 at Willowbank? I bought a fancy LED tail light off him and never used it. Threw it in the bin last year during a clean out lolD41 wrote:That's incorrect.... you're thinking of another d600 member... and for the life of me I can't remember his username, but I know exactly who you're thinking of.kiwikrasher wrote: And D41 answer was a hand gun

Re: What's in Yours?
Lolz! - Now that is going back a bit. After he was just about chased off the web for saying he carried a weapon, I tried buying that same taillight & he told me he'd sold it to you.... that's when I ended up buying a CW Assimilator kit instead.
If memory serves, he did actually work in law enforcement....sort of.....prison guard or something like that.
It's still shoddy gun practice though, whatever way you look at it.

Was that the flush undertray that used the Gixxer tail light with the built in indicators?kiwikrasher wrote:Ahh apologies... was that the dude that raced the D6 at Willowbank? Re: What's in Yours?
Quick trips I have my bum bag... In that will be money/phone/cap/glasses/visor cleaner.
Always under seat is a tyre repair plug kit (hopefully not checked for a while)
