Ordering my new workshop roof.
Over £900 for a rubber roof which is guaranteed for 50 years... or £200+ for a medium quality felt which will last 4-5 years.
Bloody home ownership!

Had my phone camera replaced. I had it on a mount on the Thruxton for GPS last ride and the auto focus on it was screwed post ride. Phone repairer said 90% of his camera replacements where from motorbike and mountain bike riders that have them in a mount.

Dentist appointment, plus it's going to be about 5,000,000 degrees centigrade outside, so hiding inside the house with the a/c on 11.

Changing a nappy with a super smiley baby at 3.15am. Thankfully he is pretty good at settling back to sleep after a change these days.

Celebrating Byron's 15th today! Can't believe he's that old, seems just like yesterday I was up at 3am doing his nappy like you are Cav.
Second of 3 birthdays in the house this break! Had Jess' on Monday and her son's is next Monday. And had fathers Day on the weekend as well!

Not sure which thread to celebrate in but my friend just received his race license upgrade meaning he can compete in the last race of the season without his orange bib!

Installed a new (very old) dishwasher, getting a haircut, going out for a family meal, putting the nursery furniture back in its place, assembling the baby play gyms and maybe even installing the baby monitor later.

Installing the wiring and plug sockets in the new shed, it's a shame that the light I ordered got damaged in postage but it happens.

Fwiw I fitted some LED striplights from screwfix in the sheds & stable block of a neighbour just recently, and was amazed at the efficiency (brightness & low consumption). They seemed cheap as chips imho too.:

Busy day today what with dropping my car off at the bodyshop, collecting the courtesy car (brand new 1L SEAT Ibiza) and working from home while taking it in turns with the Wife to occupy Baby Cav... he was very needy today.
Just put the baby to bed, done the chores and also reset the pistons on my MTB after having fitted new pads ready to cycle to work tomorrow if I am up to it in the morning. For now.. it's bed time with a bit of fruit as I'm down on calories today.
