Is it me, but either the bike is tiny or the tank is huge :?

The shape is pretty common on sports bikes and it mirrors its bigger brother

I suspect it could be the bigger brothers tank fitted on the smaller sibling. Same shape but proportionally it looks big for the bike imo.

Big tanks are awesome on a sportsbike because they're functional. It's very comfortable to rest my forearm against the shoulder of the tank for mid corner. The downside was I had to lift my elbow above the tank for elbow down

Assuming they prove reliable and Aprilia can build enough, i reckon these will be flying out the door in the brave new world we are about to enter.

Looks good, but it'd be better if they could decide on a colour for the wheels.... I'm not sure the two-wheels/two-colours thing works too well.
But I'm splitting hairs.

Test rides this weekend for the journos.

Some more details. £10,149 on the road. 100bhp 50ft of torque. 320mm brembo stoppers. Quick shifter and blipper. TFT screen. Loads of electronics. 189kg wet weight

Sounds promising.

It'll be interesting to see the power graphs for both the 660 models to see if they've gone for a bit more low down with the Tuono
