Tried that and it's not long term sustainable
Oh, you'd be surprised just how long you can stretch that out for.

Staying home. It's supposed to get into the 90's today, and then hotter for the rest of the week. Or something insane like that.

Looking forward to our VE Street party on Friday. Apparently we can’t leave our front garden.
I might wear my son’s Germany football shirt and drink my German beer to wind a few daft xenophobic **** up.

I've got the day off and I have no motivation for anything. Got DIY to do, tidy the house, fairings back on the bike and clean.... I'd love to do all of that stuff except for the simple fact I don't. I've sat on the sofa intending to get up for the last 6 hours.

Thanks mate but I've resumed healthy eating again so no cider till tomorrow.
I've lost over 1st in 12 days though... that's just because of how much I was over eating before.

Early birthday celebrations for my daughter and Jess daughter (birthdays a week apart and both while I’m offshore next swing)
With the amount of time Jess and her kids spend up here now I’ve put bunks in Jorjas room so Leila has a permanent bed, and the girls have redecorated and replaced all the pink and purples with neutral tones and textures
not the cheapest birthday I’ve paid for.
