No mention of price.. I'll stick with my £14-16k estimate.
I really want one. Ultimate track bike I think

Re: Triumph 765 Daytona Moto2 Limited Edition
",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the new supersport machine will be built in two versions, one for Europe and Asia, the other the US and Canada. Each market is limited to just 765 bikes, and only a fraction of that number will be available in the UK, meaning demand is likely to dramatically outstrip supply."Cav wrote:No mention of price.. I reckon it'll be around the £15k mark. Much depends on how much tech is on the bike. Making it limited is going to push the price up. The RC version of the F3 is about £18k.

Re: Triumph 765 Daytona Moto2 Limited Edition
I was just discussing this with a colleague and we think it may be £17-18k / no more than a Ducati V4 (I assume about £18k)

Re: Triumph 765 Daytona Moto2 Limited Edition
There aren't many bikes to compare it to. MV are the only ones doing a middle weight triple which is why I mentioned the RC.
959 Corse is about £16k. You can't compare the 765 to the V4 IMO.

Re: Triumph 765 Daytona Moto2 Limited Edition
Price and image will be released at Silverstone Motogp round.
I would guess around £16-17k. I hope it looks like the Moto2 bike and not a Daytona675. It will have this colour scheme though.

Less than £15k would be a bargain IMO..C00kiemonster wrote:I could be interested in one of these, depends if the price is a piss take.

That's a strange looking paintjob. Looks like a pencil sketch.
The bike itself looks great though....all business.

I love everything about it, think the paint job looks awesome and that would be almost the perfect sports bike.
Hate to see what that’ll be in Aussie dollars though

Re: Triumph 765 Daytona Moto2 Limited Edition
I presume there's going to be a top end paint job rather than just copying the paint work they put on the Moto2 mules?

Sounds it’s going to be close to the pic Duke posted. The finished bikes will feature a largely monochrome Union Jack paintscheme – inspired by the Moto2 development mule’s – with official Moto2 branding.

Yup....terms like "monochrome" don't sound too appealing.
