Minigee saw it yesterday and reckons it was probably the best film he’d ever seen. High praise indeed.Itchy wrote:Avengers: Endgame.

Re: What you watching?
Yes it is.....there was something about it on TV this morning.....Jeremy Renner interview.
That's frickin' LOONNGG!!
Two hours is about perfect for a film, I reckon. Anything longer and a movie just starts meandering, IMHO.
Chicago P.D.
Best police procedural in years, methinks

Re: What you watching?
It is 3 hours long, but it doesn't feel it.
Everything that's in there needed to be in there, it didn't meander, didn't feel laboured.
The ideal movie length is as long as it needs to be, and to try and wrap up 10 years of cinematic history in one film, 2 hours wouldn't have done it justice.
The only thing that let me know it was a long film was my weak old bladder!

News item re: open casting calls for the upcoming Sopranos movie.
All the Jersey hicks are desperate to get in on that one.

YouTube vids. Just random ones at the moment. Including a hit and run video, some random ones that I can't even remeber and a max wrist video of a monkey bike crashing into a steel barrier on some American twisty roads.

Currently trawling through YT vids looking to see how to strip a VW Golf Door to fit new seals.....

Just finished season 1, and yes I’m hookedC00kiemonster wrote:You'll be hooked by now!
It’s funny, part of the reason I never watched it to start with was because I’ve never been into the fantasy stuff, dragons, demons etc
End of ep 10 and I’m “Feck yeah! It’s the fecking dragons!!!”

Going to try and time it so S8 is done and dusted by the time we get to it. Only watching it when with Jess so when I get my kids back next week it’ll only be 2-3 nights a weekC00kiemonster wrote:Same as my view before I watched itkiwikrasher wrote:Just finished season 1, and yes I’m hookedC00kiemonster wrote:You'll be hooked by now!

Watching the news with barely bated breath awaiting the arrival of the royal baby. It's an emotional time for me.
