Get yourself a small stash of 15mm pushfit fittings. An isolator and a pipe end cap. Takes 2 secs to push onto any pipe, including a copper one. Gets you out the poop every time
If your brave you can even cut a pipe and bang an isolator on with only a little water coming out without turning off the water.
Getting my suit dry cleaned, hopefully ready for some interviews,
Then it's back to the plumbing after all yesterdays fun I still have the original leak to fix. At least this time I have an isolator fitted so can turn the water off.
You never really learn to swear until you learn to drive.

Same as I've done for the last 5 days, visiting my Mother in hospital after she blacked out with heart issues and collapsed, ripping her finger to pieces in the process. I wouldn't have minded but it was her best friend that rang me 15hrs later not my Mum, who when I arrived said "I'm alright, you don't need to be here." then passed out. Again.
I love my Mum, but sometimes I think my 11yr is easier to deal with.
Getting on the bike is always weird after a run (yes I have a shower first). I find i'm relxed/knackered and have a nice pootle home. Even doing 40-50 feels fast.
Not had a bad day at work but that's because I've just found out its possible I may have a day off tomorrow, it's a shame if the wife has plans and I have to go for a blast on my bike.
Went to Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands for a charity karting event (not to drive - just taking photo's) organised by the Henry Surtees Foundation , it was attended by quite a few drivers from WEC and BTCC and support series but the highlight of the day for me was this:
Looking at photos of mangled body parts and wondering why the previous visits from the HSE didn't tip them off that there was an accident waiting to happen
