Re: What are you doing today ??
Sorry to hear that, Kwacky.
Are they 'cluster headaches'? I was only reading about this the other day in an interview with Daniel Ratcliffe ( Harry Potter actor) who has these and wondered if it was the same as your problem.

I'm off to the Fun Factory for my monthly check in with the company Doctor. I'll have a meeting with my boss and spend the day walking around reminding people I'm still alive while I'm there!

Chillaxing today as best as possible with a 3 year old anyway. First day at home in 3 weeks so going to enjoy my lads company, the garden and maybe a cheeky Peroni or too with my lunch, haha.

Booked a 1 hour massage and acupuncture session with a local chinese practice. I've tried the western approach without any success.
Duke, the pattern of headaches I get is too mixed for it to be classed as cluster headaches.

Washed the bike trailer and fitted a new reg plate lamp, problem was working in hot sunshine with the gallons of water I'd just used rising up and taking the humidity through the roof, totally shattered and a bit dehydrated after all that. This afternoon was sorting a present for oldest son (bike related).

Empty glass beside me as I type Blade, but seeing as you mention it I may well treat myself to another.

Re: What are you doing today ??
A very nice ferrari pulled over today for me as I was filtering through the traffic. Beautiful car but it was stuck with the other cars. Seems a waste.
Anyway, I've had my massage and acupuncture. No idea how long the benefits will last but I've very relaxed right now.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Thanks for the good wishes on Monday - I had a really good positive day. Occ Health and the Company Doctor agreed with my suggestions regarding another month off, but starting to kick off the Access To Work scheme this week and ordering new IT etc. and had a really good chat with my boss about what my future role is going to be (I can't go back to sitting in front of a pc for 8 hours a day!) and it sounds really good.
I'm off tp the QE Hospital first thing to see what if any change there's been to the ol' peepers. I'm also hoping to discuss what I proposed at work with regards to being in a position to start a phased return in August. Positive thoughts very much appreciated!
