I'm doing an online history quiz.
Some of the questions & answers are real eye-openers.
For example.....
"Where did the Warsaw Uprising take place??"
I sh!t you not.

Tbh I’ve tried Hair of the dog, but didn’t work for me, staying pissed did just the once - but there was a small flaw in that plan....D41 wrote:Yep. No better way to cure a hangover.
Best answer is a cuppa & bacon and egg sandwich with plenty of brown sauce.
Currently cooking up a batch of Tom Kerridges baked beans for later tonight.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Today I was being impressed with the customer services from Go Outdoors. I bought a posh camping BBQ from them a couple of weeks ago, it was still nearly £200 in a sale! This weekend was it's first outing and after 2 usages its wasn't heating up properly.
Called the store first thing this morning, explaining the problem and that I didn't have the receipt. As I had used my discount card they tracked the purchase and after a quick drive to taunton I had the replacement in my hand.
Did also manage to spend another £100 while there on a coat for the boy and a folding dining table.
If anyone says this camping lark is cheap, there lying bar-stuards!

.......And at least when you're homeless you're by yourself. You don't have the wife & kids with you asking "Dad, WTF are we doing here??"
