Speed with Guy Martin - the F1 Spa weekend. It was really interesting, more so than the racing they serve up.

Re: What you watching?
Enjoyed that
Other than that not a lot as all my recorded stuff has gone and my sky box has packed up! having to watch stuff in real time, having to listen to all the Ads, is doing my nut in!!! I normally fast forward through the lot... bloody captain obvious needs a kicking!!!
Worse than all, I cant rewind to hear what was said as I had missed it

Same here, very interesting and a good insight into the slightly invisible side of racing.duke63 wrote:Speed with Guy Martin - the F1 Spa weekend. It was really interesting, more so than the racing they serve up.

Do you want our old one, Frankie? We had the Q box installed last week so it's surplus to requirements.

Snapchats from one of Jess' workmates weekend at a music festival. 20's something, off her face all weekend and wearing next to nothing.

Re: What you watching?
Watched that Sully last night. It was a great film. You could feel what the pilot must of been feeling at the time, he knew if it was the wrong decision he would of lost everything. It is about a pilot who made the choice to land into the Hudson river in 2009. His experience told him that was the safest area to land and he saved 155 people after a bird strike. He clearly had a tough time with the insurance company afterwards though.
Highly recommended, well worth a watch, Tom Hanks is a great actor, I think he must spend a lot of time with the actual people to get a good feel for them

Re: What you watching?
Yeah, he does apparently.....for Band Of Brothers he had everyone spend time with the people they portrayed....or sommit like that.
Which means now I'll have to spend the whole day watching that whole series.
Or some other war stuff.
Just for a change

She is very sweet to look at, but she's a proper prima donna and precious princess in real life.

We bumped into her (literally) last year in Italy. She was on her honeymoon.duke63 wrote:Some programme about Superfoods. Regardless of the content of the programme that babe presenting it is HOT. As soon as she realised we knew who she was (we've seen her on TV before) she made a sharp exit elsewhere. Not that we were bothered as she looks better on TV than in real life tbh.

Re: What you watching?
Looks good, doesn't it? It looks like they're tried very hard to keep the feel close to the original.

Re: What you watching?
The original was great.....gritty, and didn't let the SF get in the way of the story.
