Never had pancakes in my 28 years of breathing! Reason because of the main ingredient, egg!

Had quite a few last year, as the ex cooked 'em.

Doubt I'll bother this year, tbh.

Maple Syrup, vanilla ice cream and blueberries.

Dunno how many, but when I'm home and have the kids it's our Saturday morning tradition.

Just maple syrup, but the lyons golden syrup type of maple syrup as it's the best. Really hard to find it though.

I'm with you, egg and me don't mix (unless it's in cake, I can cope with cake)

Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Had 3 tonight, murican style, approx half an inch thick and 6 inches in diameter. I don't go for those flaccid, thin crepe thingies.

I tried them with bacon and syrup for the first time tonight.

I'll defo be doing that again. Only had three pancakes but 5 rashers of bacon.

Mmm, bacon.

Mini Gee and I had them tonight, chorizo, ham and mozzarella in one, and the classic lemon and sugar on the other. Wasn't going for any records tonight though as we'd previously been to Parents Evening at the school, I stuffed my face with a homemade (another parent) stuffed veggie paratha as I was starving hungry. Record still stands at 8 for me fwiw.

One of my work mates (happens to be a kiwi too) has just been diagnosed a Siliac, we call him a 'glutard' (giggle)

I'm nicking that, I know a guy who's almost there but not quite. I'm sure he'll appreciate it as much as I did.

HAHA

I skipped lunch today (couldn't face another subway salad) knowing that I'd be passing a Butcher that sells Gluten free sausage rolls, pasties and meat pies on the way home.

Got there about 4.30pm literally foaming at the mouth, bought 2 of each only to get to the car and discover they were fecking frozen!

For a sweet either just sugar or nutella and walnut.

For breakfast maple syrup and bacon with caramelised banana.
