Both are fantastic bikes really.
Hard to compare really, if i was out for a quick thrash on the road then the 675 is more rewarding, but for my Euro trips to the 'Ring and everywhere else the S1000RR is a much more well rounded bike. It's more comfortable for me (6ft2), more power so I can be lazier with the gear changes and also has the safety net (electronics) should my lack of talent let me down... which is did on the 'Ring this year... Cheers for the info edd1e both bikes are on my shopping list for next year so good to get some real world feedback.
