Lol

On a serious point I'm going to make sure i'm in France before Brexit day.

I'm in the UK in Feb and March and in all seriousness I wont be able to take the dog back to France without a whole new set of vaccinations, blood tests and 3 months of waiting if i dont go back before.

The french have passed some laws if hard Brexit happens which means i have a year to justify my residency else i can only spend 90 in every continuous 180 days in France.

Oh and my driving license will likely become invalid.

My disappointment and embarassment in the UK grows by the day sadly.

Just shout "WTO Rules apply" as you sail through the French border without any paperwork. They'll understand.

People forget that freedom of movement is being taken away from us as well.

It’s astonishing that some people in the UK are happy to accept they are about to lose some very special freedoms.

She could so easily abort all of this though.. it was only a referendum, not a vote.

Driving, had enough recently, really need to get back on 2 wheels soon. Yesterday I was driving down a single lane slip road onto a motorway which is a blind bend....

Had to emergency stop as some stupid woman was REVERSING back up the slip road, ABS kicked in and everything. I was furious! I had Travis in the car, she then proceeded to go over the central reservation to go the other way!

She was so lucky it was my coming round the corner and not a HGV/some twat on their phone/ A BIKER!!!!!

GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

Good skills. There's a lot of idiots about. Sadly most of them have access to cars.

My rant is weather forecasting. Met Office said at 7am that we would have snow all day from 8am, so I took the car.

Nothing so far. Not a flake. Not even any sign of it going to snow.

Fecking retards.

You can guarantee if you had 2 wheels it would have been a blizzard though! although, snow, knobblies, AT......that sounds fun!

On Saturday morning from the bedroom window at home, I counted 13 houses who have a total of 36 cars parked in their drive and on the road. Its no wonder owning a car is becoming more a liability than a pleasure.

We've got the same problem where I live. Most houses have room for 2 cars. We've got 2 parking places and a garage so we're lucky. But the planners seem to have got everything mixed up. Directly behind our house is one of our spaces. Next to that is a space for a house 3 doors down on the other road. Next to that is our 2 second space which is in front of our garage. Our garage is under someone else's house. Our second space parks next to that person's driveway.

The house on the other side of the junction to us (we're on a corner of a small T junction) is the same sized house as ours, but no garage and two tandem parking spaces behind their garden. Those spaces run along side someone elses house, that house has 2 parking spaces in front of their house.

The house opposite the T junction has two spaces 3 houses down on a driveway but they can't be arsed to park there so they park on the pavement outside their house directly opposite the T junction, which forces cars on to the wrong side over the road, which is a joy when you're trying to pull out.

A combination of not enough parking spaces, too many cars and people parking where they like (rather than use their parking spaces) can make the place look cluttered.
