Kwacky have a look at Arrow as the decat pipe for my bike was only £60 and we have the same exhaust end can.

Find the part number on the Arrow website and than stick it in eBay and one of the Italian dealers will have one for £60 ish.

All being well the tank and cowl are being picked up on Wednesday. So I'll try and swap them over on Saturday or Sunday.

The colour is spot on. It's got a real depth to it as well. It really sparkles in the sunlight.

I got as far as switching the rear cowl when the heaven's opened. The front mudguard was done in the rain but I'm not going to attempt the petrol tank while it's pissing it down.

Took the ninja into work.

The brakes fell stonking.

The suspension feels stiff but I've been on the sx since April. It's going to get a refresh and I might change the rear shock. This model is known for having stiff suspension which is what makes it so good on the track. Rumours are the newer 636 is the opposite, making it brilliant on the road but not that good as a fast track tool.

The fuelling could do with a tweak so the link pipe and power commander is going to happen next year.

I'm not keen on the crash bungs, they stick out too far. I bought them as you don't have to cut the fairing but I might bite the bullet and go for the R and G aero ones, but that means cutting the frame.

I sincerely hope you mean cutting the fairings not the frame (shocked)
