My MOT tester has got a roll of red reflective tape. He'll cut you a piece off if you need it.

The MOT tester I used to use was really good but the one time he wouldn't test the bike was due to having flipped a Supercorsa for an upcoming trackday. He said it would have been fine to pass if there wasn't a directional arrow on the sidewall. I borrowed a wheel from a mate for the test

I got a wheelie from the Versys this morning as I raced an Audi away from the slip road lights.
By wheelie I mean that the front sorted of skipped off the ground by a few inches.
That Versys is fecking slow off the line

I'm really good at those "wheelies"! haha
I think you'll be surprised. I guarantee your 0-40mph is quicker than mine on the ZX6R... it's really difficult to launch that bike well. I either bog down or "wheelie"

Nah, it's crap. I've struggled against a few cars from a standing start.

Wheeled her out after a few months of no love and attention. Gave her a good cleaning, with a good ACF50 application and as well. It is now gleaming. Also whilst I was at it I charged my battery too.

Been busier than most. Removed the rear shock, and front forks. Took me more time than i planned, as the headstock paddock stand i had, didn't fit. Borrowed a suitable paddock stand. Sent to a specialist for a service. Interested to now what springs i have, as i kept bottoming out on the front.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
1st ride out with the Triumph boys, well four of us, still to cold for many, roads very slippy!!! we came across our fair share of diversions and roads closed, made for some back road fun...
1st one a car on its roof on a straight B road!!! nobody could pass, later on in the day Police closed a road in Aldermaston, three bikers went down on oil apparently, I hope they are ok.
Good bit of grub at Jackaroo cafe at Thruxton Good to get a run out, start as i mean to go on.

Back on the bike for the ride into work. It's relatively warm this week and with the kids going back to school the roads are going to be pretty busy again.

Uncovered it and looked at it. I need a very cheap run about. I think that will be my 2020 goal after wedding and honeymoon. I may be asking for a hand then

Fitted a ctek fly lead to the bike so I can use the same trickle charger on the car and bike.
