Re: A Third bike
There's too much fecking choice.
I think I might open a used bike shop and ride them all.

Re: A Third bike
low mileage with a one year warranty
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-899-P ... :rk:5:pf:0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Higher mileage, 3 month warranty, race rep and terrywogans
https://www.ducaticoventry.com/pages/us ... ef6a23.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I'm not sure if I prefer the plain red or the race rep look.
12 month warranty gives peace of mind. On the other hand Ducati Coventry are close and you know they'll have looked after that bike.

Take the red bike, add a couple of hundred for track fairing, stick the originals in the loft for when you sell it on. Jobs-a-goodun.

Re: A Third bike
Red.
It's difficult to tell what the race-rep actually is....the pure red leaves no doubt, and let's the shape stand out for itself.
A white tail/nose wouldn't hurt, but that's down to personal taste, of which I have none.

Re: A Third bike
Conversely I could get the race rep with the Termi pipes and slap on some red fairings.
it's about 15 minutes away from work. I might nip in and see what it looks like in the flesh. It looks a bit busy in the photos. The solid red does look better.

Re: A Third bike
It's a Steampunk bike by the looks of it.
It'd do well at a bike show.
Good luck getting it there.

Re: A Third bike
To be fair, the Brutale is a fairly gaudy looking bike to begin with.Kwacky wrote:But to rip up an 800rr Brutale so it looks like that?Cav wrote:Kwacky... good or bad name of god? I kinda like it...

Re: A Third bike
I think race rep paint schemes are a bit of a risk. They will date and make it harder to sell the bike in future.
Panigale race cans will mean only the bike will only be able to do noisy track days and even then only on some tracks.
