eBay might be bad, but it doesn't have the volume of stupid that market place does.C00kiemonster wrote:Ebay gets worse every year. Good luckKwacky wrote:Having a garage clear out and listing stuff on eBay

Re: What are you doing today ??
Bridges cleared over the weekend, so this morning I battled traffic with a crash on the motorway, massive lines at airport with school holiday travellers everywhere and minimal staff on due to COVID issues, yet somehow I’ve still made my flight and about to head to Darwin for what I’m hoping is my second to last trip offshore
Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

Took the cage for it's MOT. It failed, amongst other things, on emissions.
Time to read up on how to fettle an old car to pass the emissions test.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Took the cage to a BMW / mini specialist. They did the wheel bearing and other bits, then stuck it in their emissions rig and it passed... So they also did the MOT for me.
Survived the 10 mile run this morning, just. Happy to have finished in 1:49.
Week of easy, then half marathon next milestone.

I was the one in the team today. I ended up doing a shed load of admin so hardly got any work done. I'm supposed to be off tomorrow but I reckon I'll do a couple of hours to catch up.

Packed up the laptop today, trip to the office tomorrow. Was going to take the bike, but I think me shoulders are going to be shot tomorrow.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Family came to visit today so we had a full roast beef dinner and my plans to get the bike out went out the window thanks to a food coma
Might get it out tomorrow before work.

Re: What are you doing today ??
I went up to Simi Valley today and visited the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum today. Didn't look at too much of the standard displays, but there's a fairly large WW2 exhibition on for the time being, and it is impressive. Most impressive. And there's a few aircraft on display too.... Ronnie's old Air Force One plane - the only one that I didn't really bother looking at, an F117 stealth fighter, a Navy Tomcat, a Luftwaffe Fieseler Storch, etc.
Fun stuff.
Fun stuff.
