Re: What are you doing today ??
Was at the dentists and docs yesterday , dentist was fine. Hmmmm docs was a bit different, got a bollocking as my cholesterol level is 8.5 and my blood pressure is still way too high.
Now on 2 lots of tablets a day, which will be for life, I did say I'm eating correctly and doing exercise now and have lost 7lbs since January 1st. So I have to continue to do exercise and diet then hopefully the blood pressure will come down so I don't need tablets, I don't want to be on tablets for the rest of my life.
Also they haven't had my hospital results back yet !!!

I found that once I got into an exercise routine it wasn't to difficult to maintain. The running club has been a good send for motivation though, I've made new friends and have a great laugh on most of the runs. There is so much support and encouragement from everyone it really keeps me going.
If you don't fancy a club the a personal trainer is also good for motivation. They challenge you constantly to improve and keep changing the routine to stop you getting bored.

I'm not sure if that's good news or bad, but at least it's the start of a new chapter.kiwikrasher wrote:

Booked myself in for a sports massage next week. Try and get some of the stiffness out of my legs and free up my neck a bit.

Wow no way my leg would be way to sore after 60 mins.Kwacky wrote:I've booked a 60 minute session but they do 30 minute sessions as well.
I would be interested in how much this relieves the soreness you have as I feeling some aches and pains after the accident and think a good stretch would help. You had one before ??
