The Raven could be a bit far for us for breakfast. It's just under 2 hours away from home. There are a few met up points along the way.
I'll post a route in a bit but I'm thinking meeting at M42 services, Kidderminster, Quatt Cafe, Much Wenlock, Church Stretton or Craven Arms, Welshpool, Newtown for a play on the A483 then one of the routes back.
How does that sound?

If I can get a day pass, the weather is looking good, and I've got my tyres sorted I might be up for this...
Just depends on if I can earn enough brownie points for a day out.

Junction 2 of the M42 is where the services are at. It's called Hopwood Park Services.
Frankie, I'll do a couple of these in the year.

No one gets left behind. We have set meeting points and operate a second man drop off.

It was at the IOM 2012 last run over the mountain and the fog was really bad and I managed to lose everybody else and couldn't find my way back to the b&b and thought I was gonna miss the ferry home.
