Just an update. Been down to see Rocket in the hosptial tonight and glad to say he seems well and we had a right old natter although I do wish it had been in better circumstances. I left him set up in bed, in good spirits, laughing and the prognosis is a full recovery which is very good to here.

That was not a bath you offered.

No bed bath yet just waiting on the right nurse to turn up.

Someone woke the ward loon up at 7 this morning ranting and raving taking gibberish. He had a bang on the head if I could have got out of bed in time I would have given him another. He was being very rude to the nurses. Understand that he's not well but he was smacking the desk and being very abusive. Given me a small Insite to what the nurses have to put up with. With regards to the nhs/police they have all been very good air ambulance of cause fantastic and reassuring doctors and nurses that have taken care of me so far I've been impressed.

Council might think different as it took a big junk out of that huge kerb in the layby.

So went over to Buxton to pick the bike up today and here it is. When we got it out the van my mates were all making jokes until they saw the bike and there was an eerie silence moment then the piss takes started again.

They also had my leathers will take some photos and post them up.

The front wheel is buckled its hit so hard its snapped a spoke and made it like a triangle. The engine casing on the right hand side is smashed but its the top one so there's a chance the engine is not lunched. The bike looks straight and even the forks look OK. Will ring the insurance company up tomorrow and see what they say,

I think Cat B write offs can only be sold to registered breakers.
