So long...!!
I think England did much better than expected, to be fair. When was the last time they made it to a semi-final ??

Re: What you watching?
Don't get this ready in 4 years line.
Do we think the Germans, Brazilians and other great football nations are just going to stand still.
We played some good football at times andn the lads should be proud but we also need to improve significantly as reailty check says we beat 4 average teams and lost to the Beligian B team, nothing more.

Re: What you watching?
We lost by 1 goal to a strike from a former Manchester United forward. Belgium still had Hazard, Chadli and Dembele in their team.
I try to look for the positives about these things. For far too long England has languished as a footballing nation. Now we've got a great young team who played well as a unit in what is their first international tournament. The manager has brought the fans, the players and the media together. We ended up in the last 4 of the World Cup for only the second time in my long lifetime.
Given that this was their first big competition together and that our under 23s, under 21s and under 18s are all doing exceptionally well I like to think that things are looking good for the future.

Re: What you watching?
A news item about San Gabriel Mission.....parts of which date back to 1771...!!
That's fairly impressive.....there's not many old buildings on the West Coast that are "pre-Constitution"....or whatever that's called.
