Isn't it the case he can call a GE off his own bat without having to consult his own Party?

His ego might well decide that 'let the voters decide'.

Nobody in Tory HQ listened to those who really knew what he was like, did they?

I've lost count. It's correctly over 50 resignations.

I'd rather have a stable, compassionate, functioning UK government, but I'll take whatever I can get.

LOL.^^ (lol)

I suspect that Mogg will still bide his time, rather than take leadership and inherit the shitstorm that our country is facing in the coming years.
Imo he'll want to wait to be seen as the leader in times that can be billed as "improving".

Dominic is going to be punching well above his weight, isn't he. (happy) -Having said that, it's a stretch to see any candidates who are up to the role. Heaven help us if the Con' party chooses someone like Davis.

They'll be wanting to distance themselves from Johnson before the leadership elections.

It'll be interesting to see which way the Tory party goes n now. More of the same or a John Major type

I think Starmer has just committed political suicide.

He's sacked a Shadow transport minster for being on a picket line.

If labour don't stand for workers trusts what do they stand for? The LibDems are more to the left than the current labour party.

He's a disaster for that party at the moment. Unelectable - even when the tories are such arseholes.

He needs to make Labour be clear on what it stands for - i have to say i'm not sure.
