I was in the car. Bunch of lunatics buzzed over the two mini roundabouts in front of me before heading down towards grazely.

10k done. The bottle of wine last night wasn't such a good idea (sweat) it's a bit warm today and there are a couple of brutal his.

Happy enough though as I managed 56 mins and wasn't blowing out of my arse at the end.

Housework. My mate with the tickets for the rugby is ill (it is quite serious) and couldn't make it today. I told him not to worry.

So I'm watching sports and doing stuff around the house.

That would of been us!! We headed straight over those two roundabouts, thought we pissed off the car drivers because there were a fair few of us haha!!

Trying to take it easy as my lower back is aching but unsure why it is. Only a couple more hours of work then going to scrub the bike clean!!

Tested the traction control.

Very impressed if I hadn't been looking at the dash I wouldn't have known it had engaged. Pinned in 3 Rd gear on a fast righthander, driving out of the corner and a quick peak to check my speed and I see the TC bar flashing.

Got an mri scan on my knee tonight.

Got a feeling they are just going to say your old and worn out (blush) oh well was fun whilst it lasted (giggle)

I wouldn't take a promotion if they gave me one.

Oh actually that's not true I did take one but gave it back and they can keep it. I'm happy being a grunt with lower stress levels and longer life expectancy.
