Re: Monty
Thanks spud, much as I'm very tempted and that's the first 650 engine on eBay for 12 months, I'm not going to bother for two reasons.
First and most importantly, over the last 11 months I haven't managed to find any time to even strip my bike down so very unlikely I'd find the time to rebuild it.
Secondly it's 10 years old and for most of those years it's been ultra reliable. The last three however have been one issue after another and I've spent more time fixing it than riding it.
My life with 4 young kids, a full time job and a wife that runs her own business starts at about 6.30am and I'm finished by around 10pm the rest of the day is mine!
I need a bike that sits in the garage on an optimate that needs and MOT once a year and starts on the button when I want to use it.

What the latest thoughts Monty ?
£1305.00 in the bike fund so far. I need another £1195.00 before I'm in the 50/50 interest free finance option on a 5k bike, or I get my bonus in January which is mine ALL MINE!
Not really thought about the CBR before not sure why to be honest. However the new bike will probably be the newest, best nick, lowest mileage Honda/Yamaha/kawasaki 600 available at the time.
