Rossi cannot defend himself for that.
No respect for the man for what he did.

OMG. Sad way for Rossi to finish a race.
I do think he was pushing Marquez away and it happened on accident, but I think he should lose some points at least.
Sadly Rossi has always had a ruthless streak....

People are arguing that Marquez should have stayed out of the way. That spoils racing.

Stuff that, every race on its merits, we don't want it going like F1Kwacky wrote:People are arguing that Marquez should have stayed out of the way. That spoils racing.

Rossi apologised at the end of the last race for bashing MM during the race. How many times did Stoner have paint taken off him by Rossi?
Some people have short memories.

Re: Malaysian MotoGP Sepang (spoilers)
Rossi's press conference hand grenade from Thursday has rolled back and blown up in his face.
Great racing for the first 5 laps and then Rossi must have believed MM was holding him up and it was clear from Rossi's gestures before the coming together he was becoming very agitatied.
Personally I think Rossi should be disqualified. The sport is dangerous enough without such antics.
There is saying that "Your only as good as your last fook up" and I think that fits here. ROSSI is resorting to cheating to win is not sporting or acceptable imo.

Re: Malaysian MotoGP Sepang (spoilers)
I wanted Rossi to take his 10th title and tbh I don't think I do anymore.
I love our sport but see no place for cheating or reckless behaviour.
The legend of GOAT has been tarnished this weekend. He basically called MM a liar on Thursday and then purposely ran him off circuit today. Clearly not on. Big big mistake Rossi and one I think you will regret for a long time even into your retirement as the history books won't let you forget this incident.

Re: Malaysian MotoGP Sepang (spoilers)
There were a lot of rumours that Rossi would retire if he won the Championship this year. Maybe its time to leave. Not sure the antics of the last few days really have a place in racing.
That said i'm not sure if its quite as conclusive that he nerfs Marquez off. You can see Marquez go to lean into Rossi just before he falls.

MM should aim to qualify second to last at Valencia and start round 2 of the personal duel trading places with Rossi in every single corner of every single Lap

Re: Malaysian MotoGP Sepang (spoilers)
I dont recollect Marquez being penalised when he pushed Lorenzo wide a few years back.
He actually ran into the side of his bike that time, pushed him well wide and went on to win the race.
This one. Seems far worse than what Rossi did to me.

Re: Malaysian MotoGP Sepang (spoilers)
If you watch before the race starts Rossi is next to his bike and he's visibly shaking. He got himself very wound up before today.
Yes, they were banging fairings before but a couple of laps before the off Rossi is waving his hands.
I know Rossi likes his mind games but he's over done it this time and it's backfired.
