Phew!!
What I want to write: Phew!! Just got back after a fantastic ride on my bitchin' Sector-9 skateboard.....did 'ollies', 'flips', 360's etc.
What I should write: Arrrgh! Fell off after about 100 yards and limped home....me ankle is knacking.....I hate kerbs!
I'm going to need another new hip at this rate.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Been out on the bike in the twisties. Had some cake on my travels. Picked the kids up from school in the soft top and took them for a quick spin. Barbecue is lit, kids have an ice lolly and I have my first Staropramen and when their mum gets home she will be on a promise if she is a good girl.

Just about to shut down, change and then drive over to Chigwell and give a talk to the North East London and Essex advanced group.
Another late night awaits

Tragic news. Hopefully a few witnesses as that is in the village centre.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Yesterday I booked a cheeky day off for today.
I thought with all the nice weather we've had over the last week it'd be a good opportunity to get out on the bike and take the missus with me.
F*****g weather!!!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Got p*ss wet through, it was raining when I left the house at 6am, it rained all day and was too warm for a coat, then it's rained most of the evening. It'll still be raining when I leave tomorrow.
Rossgo, I'd watch out defrosting your fridge with anything steel, I've got a mate who swore by using a cutlery knife to prise the ice off - until he jabbed a bit too hard and went through into a cooling tube, refrigerant everywhere and a bill for a new fridge freezer. I nearly wet myself laughing, he always uses a plastic fish slice now....
