Same reason I didn't pursue it myself, laziness, lol. Good luck with your claim. I can't remember the firm I used but they looked into bank charges, account costs etc. Got a decent return.

Bloody nightmare today. My partner ordered a new phone on Saturday afternoon from Vodaphone, I was with her and she asked explicitly for the phone to get delivered at another address (my parents house as my mum was in today) and the lady at vodaphone yes that would be no problem, so we gave her the address. My mum waited in all day for this phone to arrive...only for my next door neighbour to pop around and say there was a parcel that was delivered at my address...what the feck goes on in these people's heads, why did they agree to deliver it to another address when they were going to!

some new bar ends and a set of baffles for the termi exhaust on my 999, which now means I can get on castle combe. I know some people don't like it but it so close to me its daft not to do it.

TBH Kwacky there is probably only you who will be bothered.
Never had any issues myself and speaking to others it seems a rule which is not rigidly enforced much like the HI VIS vest bullshit and breath analyser rules.
