Learning an Asian language is never a bad thing in today's environment, especially in my area of the world.

My lad got his red belt yesterday, which means one more grading then he's going for his black belt. It takes 12 months training to go for the test, which includes learning Korean, going to special schools and having to learn 5 new patterns. They reckon about 50% pass the first time.

I'm chuffed for him, as he didn't like it to start off with.

He always seems to be good and focussed on things he enjoys. He must get things from his mother ;)
