What a world we live in

Zuckenburg says he will give away 99% of his fortune now he has a child. How about paying your fair share of taxes now rather than choosing who you give your money too? The world might be a better place for many more and now rather than when you decide. Dick!

And our esteemed PM says that if you dont want to bomb Syria, then you are a terrorist sympathiser. Dick!

Mind you, the BBC is never a good source! Haha..

The governments are the ones allowing people to not pay taxes who have money, there are few loopholes that give the working and 'middle' class much benefit. They are making sure the divide always exists. The world is not fair however, it never will be.

£800k a sortie for a fighter to scramble, dump it's load and return to base. That's without repairs.

Yet we can't afford to keep libraries and museums open and the same government wants to reduce the amount we pay doctors and nurses.

The very same government who think it's ok for the likes of Amazon, Google, Vodafone, Starbucks etc to not pay tax.

But hey, I'm a terrorist sympathiser so what do I know?

Is there tax relief available for being a terrorist sympathiser?

It's truly staggering that they are going to bomb Syria. History repeating itself once again. The cost... Put that money into the army, Syrian refugees help in their own country and our public services.

I'm almost certain he's not going to give away 99% of his hard earned...once he realised how much nappies, child care, New clothes and accessories all cost he will want his billions so he can still have his way of life!

MONEY TALKS EVERY TIME - since for ever it seems that those who build arms, get rich... Those companies who are All owned by a select amount ( very small) holding companies, whose board of directors are never published or are know, are full of politicians.... Surprise, surprise... I don't think in my life time there has never been some conflict going on!
The people suffer, for what? so the few can fill and line their pockets, I think the post Kwacky made above is so true. Until we understand we are all human, then it will continue.

But still these people who have been at the forefront of this crap, still walk around on this planet bold as brass still raking it in..... :(
The balance needs to shift, there are a lot of good people and peace ambassadors around, but obviously not enough, because the world is still fighting :(
I think we need a world hug day, (bear) (bear)

Its easy to give away a few $billion a year if you are worth $30 billion now and its always increasing. What a cnut!

If you can't live comfortably on a couple of million there's something wrong with you.

But I need a superyacht, loads of houses, a fleet of cars and a plane! :)

In all seriousness, a few million is more than enough I would also suggest..

If someone can never be satisfied with the material possessions they have based on a value of a few million I suspect they may end up a very unhappy person.
It's a never ending spiral because there will always be someone somewhere with a bigger bike, car, house, holiday home, yacht, island.
