Gammon ham risotto - and I had a decent sized portion, plus cheese and biscuits and a salted caramel magnum (lookalike) for dessert, fwiw I was fairly hungry.
Sorry gents but I'm still only 11 stone despite eating whatever I like.

Pasta with peas and bacon in a source made from garlic soft cheese. The simple things are often the nicest.

Last night I had pasta, pesto, tuna and veg. I ate loads last night I was so hungry, unsure why though didn't eat any less than normal through the day. I also had before my tea, crackers and chickolate. Don't usually snack atyer work but yesterday I did!

Same as Rossgo - I've eaten loads today, had chilli for lunch and a saucepan full of home made French onion soup and cheesy croutons tonight. I suspect I'll be doing my "Johnny Fartpants" impressions tomorrow.

Ate far too much yesterday. Had a pizza hut buffet and then ice cream then on way hole had a KFC. I feel so dirty it's unreal. Oh and sick today like I'm still really full! Diet starts today!!

Not today but last week I went to a Brazilian restaurant called Tropeiro in Glasgow. They give you a bar mat with start on one side and stop on the other, and basically just keep serving meat until you turn the card over. I lasted about 2 hours and my boss had to carry me out.

A fill English breakfast has become distorted in recent years from what it really is.
To my mind it should NOT have beans but should have mushrooms, fried bread and tomato.
