The last first aid course I did was a right laugh for quite a few reasons, we were doing role play and I had to be the guy on the floor for a bit, Mate came over to start checking me over, started whispering in his hear "hold me.....im so cold....."Blade wrote:Trying to stay awake on a first aid course
we all pissed ourselves, the instructor really didn't have a sense of humour

Teaching English to a group of international trainees.
I teach them about the 27mm Mauser Cannon, they teach me helpful Arabic phrases like culzek (eat sh*t), kawad (pimp) and viteezek (up your arse).
They were very reserved at first and unsure of why I wanted them to teach me insults in Arabic, but when I said the phrase which suggests that one should go and procreate with their mother, I think they warmed up to me!
I should go into international relations.

Running around West London trying to sort missing figures and admin that my colleague should have sorted over a month ago, we need them for a critical meeting tomorrow and said colleague is somewhere in NZ on holiday.

Bored today, last week had a really good week sales wise, which is good coz means I'm busy, this week I just don't seem to be getting anywhere, got about 9 or 10 cases in various stages and just waiting on stuff which means this has been dull so far, I come in, do what I can then reach a brick wall each day, need more work really, told the boss that but just one of them things atm

Re: What are you doing today ??
My new boss has asked me to do a load of work on a file. Thing is, she's got a completely different way of working and of filing, so I'm struggling to find what I need to read before I can do the work. I'm shuttling backwards and forwards with various parts of the file. It also makes it hard to track what work has already been done and what needs doing. Plus she likes reviews on evidence done on a version of the document, rather than a review note. So I'm having to pull out my review notes and then do comments and track changes on the word version of the reports.
It's the joys of changing teams I guess. I reckon it'll take a few weeks before I get into the swing of things.

Told the boss I won't be renewing my contract unless the work changes. He showed me to proposed roadmap, and it doesn't.
This one runs through until early September. Good job I've already paid the IOM ferry.. Lol..

Looking at swapping the leased A4 Avant for a T6 transporter Kombi, it would suit what we do with the new company better and I can use it for TD's, win win. Depends what figure they come back with as VW have to basically buy me out of my contract the re sell the car.

Re: What are you doing today ??
I wish I was laughing but I have her on the phone nearly everyday chasing me, but its currently with the insurers who are checking all her GP reports to see why she has had so many ECG's and scans, the last one was coz she fell over running for a train 6 months ago, Doc told her she was fine, she insisted on a scan and it came back as she was fine, but obviously this is all slowing it down but she cant see that, Spoke to her this morning and since putting in the app she has been back to her Docs about a wart.......D41 wrote:Sorry, but I read that far and then happened.Cavetroll87 wrote:Trying to arrange life insurance policy for a hypochondriac
