Waiting for my batteries to charge up on both drills ..oh the joy of a fully charged drill and oh the sadness when you go to use it and find it's flat...hence sitting on here
Live each day as your last as one day you'll be right !!
Phew.. nothing left to do besides Graduation now!!! Definitely having a cold one tonight after I finish the workshop floor!
In a nutshell - I think it went well.
In more detail - all that was really talked out in a critical way was a few formatting blunders and a section written in first person (I thought it was appropriate and explained why, they accepted it but said it should still be in third person and moved on). They also questioned a couple of things but then stated the following, "I think this is a problem of [me/Cav] having too much knowledge". He then went on to say that I needed to dumb it down even more for them as he accepted that I had already done so to some degree.
After it was all done I asked them what single piece of advice they would give me if I had to do the same again to which they replied saying, "more numbers". In place of a wordy explanation (the way in which conclusions were reached in real life) I should create more tables with numbers to display the same conclusion.
As I say, in a nutshell I think it went well - certainly wasn't having my project being ripped apart and they love that I've already commercialised it within 6 months of starting it
I’ve got a couple of days off, so MiniGee and myself bought and fitted a ceiling fan for his room, tbh it’s a necessity here as the house gets really hot in the summer and his old one was in there before he was born, so it doesn’t owe us much.
It means I can scrape a pass in the exam (40%) or if I get about 88% or higher I could get a First. There's absolutely no chance I got more than 60% in that exam so I'm happy with what I've achieved overall
